Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer or looking to sharpen their skills for school or competitive teams, this class provides the training needed to progress and stand out.

 Cheer Dance

This class focuses on proper technique, timing, musicality, and precision while also improving coordination, flexibility, and endurance. Athletes will work on motion placement, transitions, facials, and overall performance quality to create clean, engaging routines.

Cheer Stunt

This class emphasizes safety and correct technique as athletes progress through skills such as preps, extensions, and cradle dismounts, with progressions tailored to each athlete’s experience level. Flyers, bases, and back spots will all gain a deeper understanding of their roles while improving coordination and confidence.
