Open Gym

Dates: 4/11, 4/18, 5/2, 5/9, 5/23, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22

Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes to practice skills, burn energy, and have fun in a relaxed, supervised environment. Participants have access to gym equipment including floor, bars, beam, and more while exploring at their own pace.

Coaches are present to ensure safety, offer guidance, and help with skill development when needed, but the focus is on freedom, creativity, and extra practice time.

Open Gym is great for all skill levels—whether your child wants to work on new skills, stay active, or just enjoy time in the gym with friends!
